    Marketing Production Manager – Mammoth Mountain Ski Area

    Mammoth Mountain is hiring a Marketing Production Manager!

    This position assists in managing projects and teams, creating and managing timelines, creating presentations, reports, and research as needed by the Director of Brand Marketing and Marketing Team.

    Must be familiar with creative production process, ad trafficking and scheduling oversight needed to manage an “on-time, on-budget” marketing process that encompasses direct mail, email, collateral, print, radio, and digital advertising channels.

    The Production Manager distributes collateral to all MMSA properties and town partners. Duties also include working closely with the Graphic Designer and Advertising Director on meeting deadlines with some degree of responsibility in assessing new marketing opportunities and placing ads. Additionally, this position assists in the receipt, storage, distribution and tracking of marketing materials.

    This person has a high degree of organizational skills and quality expectations. He/she looks for processes and procedures that improve efficiency and communication, and reduce rework or mistakes to zero.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business and /or Marketing preferred
    • Microsoft Office Suite – Moderate to High Level in PPT
    • Excellent collaborative communication skills with people: Department Heads, colleagues, Program Experts (Social, PR, Advertising, etc.)
    • Excellent writing skills – required
    • Basic Editing: Photoshop/InDesign (crop, resize, file type)
    • Ability to juggle many projects with a positive, win/win attitude
