Responsible for the operations flow of the Zoot custom apparel program from first contact via rep or consumer through product delivery. The Custom OPS Coordinator works closely and directly with consumers, clubs/teams, in-field reps, dealers, designers and the factory. This position coordinates all aspects of the custom apparel process, with an essential attention to detail to ensure a cohesive program,timely delivery, accuracy in product design and overall success of this program.

Responsibilities:

1. All communications with Domestic reps and customers throughout custom apparel ordering process
2. All communications with Subs throughout custom apparel ordering process.
3. Coordination of distribution of fit kits to Domestic territories and customers
4. Maintenance of art templates, Domestic and International, working with customers and Subs and designers
5. Working with Domestic customers and Subs for art development, communicating changes with designers and securing final approval
6. Facilitating ‘proof plus’ from factory to Domestic customer and Subs when required
7. Reviewing and approving orders with Domestic customers and Subs; submitting orders for PO to planning and factory
8. Communicating with Domestic and Subs customers during production
9. Collecting payments prior to shipping for Domestic customers 10. Overseeing shipping to domestic customers and Subs

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree plus four to seven years working knowledge in the active apparel business
2. Candidate has experience working with custom apparel, clubs/teams, and dealers
3. Detailed process experience within the apparel business
4. Experience working with factories is preferred
5. Participation and/or understanding of the sports of cycling, running, swimming and triathlon are preferred.
