    Spare Parts Warranty Clerk

    Directly responsible for handling all spare parts requests and assist in all returns and warranty related issues for both retail and dealer customers. Duties would include answering phone and emails for spare parts requests and respond based on individual circumstances in a timely manner. Communicate with Dealer Sales Support and the Accounting Departments regarding processing of invoices. Other responsibilities may include; shipping, palletizing, and shrink wrapping product. In addition, this position assists the warehouse operations team with picking of orders. Maintain an acceptable level of productivity per department guidelines.
