We are looking for a detailed oriented web developer/designer with a sick eye for design. This is an excellent job opportunity for someone very talented who is undecided which way they want to go: Development or Design.

The position is about 60% development and 40% design

DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing compliant HTML5/CSS3 & Validating code to W3C standards
• Proactively solve cross browser issues/inconsistencies
• Email Coding
• Executing promotional web campaigns
• Custom coding “one-off” landing pages for a variety of national brands

DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help with creative overflow by designing promotional banners, emails and corporate web design
• Have a strong sense of interactive web design
• Excellent development of creative ideas from conception to completion(Thumbnails, Wireframes, Comps, Final Design)
• Web 2.0

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• HTML/CSS (HTML5/CSS3)
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc.)
• Amazing mix of technical skills and design skills
• Be able to work on a team or alone

BONUS SKILLS (Not Required):

• JavaScript/jQuery
• AJAX
• PHP
• Flash

Required Experience

1-3 years web and interface design/development experience and a solid understanding os the visual design, user interface and technology.
