JL Audio, known for pushing the boundaries of bass reproduction in the, marine, mobile, and home audio markets recently celebrated its 10 year partnership with MasterCraft, the premium manufacturer of inboard wakeboarding, waterskiing, wake surfing and performance ski boats.
A decade ago, MasterCraft approached JL Audio with a challenge to engineer and build a line of marine audio products that could deliver a superior audio experience for their customers. Seeing an opportunity to branch out into a new market, JL Audio Marine was born. Over the last ten years, the two companies have collaborated on premium audio systems that delivered dramatic improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.
To celebrate this partnership, JL Audio recently visited MasterCraft headquarters in Vonore, Tennessee and gathered all 480 MasterCraft employees for a special presentation from Don Nesbit, JL Audio’s Marine Sales Director. Each employee received a limited edition T-shirt with a specially designed logo marking the tenth anniversary of the JL Audio-MasterCraft partnership.

As a leader in the towboat market they continuously redefine the standard for water sports athletes and enthusiasts. “It is an honor to work with such an amazing group of professionals, committed to delivering the best water sports experience, year after year. They realize that the audio system is a huge part of this experience, which is why they have made JL Audio standard on all MasterCraft boats.
Going forward, JL Audio will expand its Marine Audio product line with exciting new products that will continue to set the pace in performance and quality. The company will be exhibiting at IBEX 2014 in Tampa, September 30 – October 2, 2014.
