The Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition (OIWC) is pleased to announce that Jessica Klodnicki, EVP and GM of Bell Helmets & Blackburn Accessories, will present as the featured speaker at the Interbike Keynote and Awards Presentation on Wednesday, September 10, 2014.

OIWC’s Keynote Presentation provides a platform for industry leaders to share best practices around business sustainability and innovation through diversity within their peers. Jessica will explore solutions that move our industries toward greater gender equity and leadership diversity in the workplace including filling the pipeline, ensuring employees match customer base, and participation trends in recreational cycling.

“Jessica is a recognized and respected thought leader among her peers for her work on business sustainability and innovation. In addition, she brings a unique perspective around industry opportunities through her past experiences in the golf and run industries,” said Deanne Buck, Executive Director of OIWC. “We are honored to have the opportunity to provide a forum for her to share her expertise with the industry leaders and influencers who attend Interbike.”

In addition to Klodnicki’s presentation, the event will also include the presentation of the 2014 Bike Industries’ Pioneering Woman and First Ascent Awards. Previous winners of these awards, include Georgena Terry, Founder of Terry Precision Cycling; Jenn Dice, Vice President of Government Relations at People for Bikes; and Anna Schwinn, Lead Engineer at Quality Bike Parts.
