Boardworks has announced that Strive Surfboards will be joining Boardworks Surf’s roster of premier surfboard brands with first shipments arriving in September 2014. Strive founder and shaper Jon Henderson states, “As Strive Surfboards continues to grow we are especially stoked to partner with Boardworks to improve our distribution and customer service. Boardworks is a surf-centered company, committed to professional service, on-time delivery, and constant improvement.”

Strive Surfboards was founded in January 2000 in Santa Cruz, California by surfer/shaper Jon Henderson. The Strive brand has always been centered on providing a fun, enjoyable surfing experience for surfers of all sizes and ability levels. “We believe in building quality, reliable products which are stylish and attractive,” says Henderson. “Strive aims to be the best value in the surf industry. Every detail of the boards are carefully considered and constantly managed. That means spending plenty of time mowing foam in the shaping room, as well as getting feedback from our expanding domestic and international customer base.”
