EverGreen RVs Commits $1 Million to Customer Service and Satisfaction with a New, Dedicated Customer Service and Parts Center in Middlebury, IN

EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC, the fastest growing RV firm in the towable segment of the RV industry in 2013, announced today that it is dedicating over $1 million in assets to its new, free-standing EverGreen Customer, Service and Parts Center, including new customer parts, service, and warranty software to better serve both customers and dealers. The new 25,000 square foot EverGreen Customer Service and Parts Center will be located on 20 acres at 52886 Indiana State Road 13 in Middlebury, Indiana just off Exit 107 from the Indiana Toll Road US 80/90. EverGreen strategically located its service and parts center directly across from the Elkhart County/Middlebury KOA Campgrounds for the convenience of its customers visiting the new facility.

EverGreen’s President and COO, Mark Boessler, stressed the importance of this new service facility and his company’s commitment to satisfied, loyal owners of the EverGreen and Lifestyle brands.

“Since our Chairman Kelly Rose and our CEO Mike Schoeffler founded EverGreen, our dedication to customer satisfaction and service has been a dominate trait in the DNA of our company. Today, with the announcement of our plans for this service facility, and with the purchase of real estate ready for development, our founders have again shown their commitment to providing the best service and customer satisfaction in our industry. This kind of bricks and mortar dedication to customer service is another way we distinguish ourselves as the best in our industry. ”

As the fastest growing RV company in the towable RV segment for 2013, with a unit growth of 85.5 percent and a market share increase of 60.4 percent, Boessler explained that the new facility and the parts and service fulfillment software to support it, will be critical to solidifying loyal customers to the 11 EverGreen brands of travel trailers and fifth wheels.

Owners of travel trailers and fifth wheels built by EverGreen and Lifestyle Luxury RV, an EverGreen company, will benefit from this new operation with parts and service and campgrounds conveniently located adjacent from the new facility. EverGreen Dealers and their customers with parts, warranty and service requests will benefit from more efficient centralized parts distribution and more timely warranty work.

EverGreen’s $200,000 investment in the quality driven customer service and parts software is a key factor in the success of the new EverGreen Customer Service and Parts Center.

“I am thrilled about the continued expansion of the EverGreen Parts, Service and Warranty group,” stated Director of Warranty and Service, Tony Chupp. “This newly acquired facility will further augment the existing service operations while enhancing the dealer service levels and the EverGreen retail ownership experience. This is truly an exciting time here at EverGreen with the pending release of the customized dealer portal software, the new facility purchase and the addition of key staff members within the group.”

With the addition of this 25,000 square foot facility on 20 acres, the entire EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC manufacturing and business campus in its Middlebury, Indiana headquarters, has grown to three manufacturing plants, its corporate offices and the new service center, encompassing over 305,000 square feet under roof on over 100 acres.

Savvy RV consumers are increasingly investing in “The EverGreen Difference” as the company continues to dramatically lead the towable RV segment in sales. Of the top 15 towable RV manufacturers, EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC, along with its Lifestyle Luxury RV fifth-wheel division, was the fastest growing company in the industry for both registered retail sales and total increase in market share for the year 2013.
