EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC, the fastest growing RV firm in the towable segment of the RV industry in 2013, announced today that it is dedicating over $1 million in assets to its new, free-standing EverGreen Customer, Service and Parts Center, including new customer parts, service, and warranty software to better serve both customers and dealers. The new 25,000 square foot EverGreen Customer Service and Parts Center will be located on 20 acres at 52886 Indiana State Road 13 in Middlebury, Indiana just off Exit 107 from the Indiana Toll Road US 80/90. EverGreen strategically located its service and parts center directly across from the Elkhart County/Middlebury KOA Campgrounds for the convenience of its customers visiting the new facility.
EverGreen’s President and COO, Mark Boessler, stressed the importance of this new service facility and his company’s commitment to satisfied, loyal owners of the EverGreen and Lifestyle brands.

As the fastest growing RV company in the towable RV segment for 2013, with a unit growth of 85.5 percent and a market share increase of 60.4 percent, Boessler explained that the new facility and the parts and service fulfillment software to support it, will be critical to solidifying loyal customers to the 11 EverGreen brands of travel trailers and fifth wheels.
Owners of travel trailers and fifth wheels built by EverGreen and Lifestyle Luxury RV, an EverGreen company, will benefit from this new operation with parts and service and campgrounds conveniently located adjacent from the new facility. EverGreen Dealers and their customers with parts, warranty and service requests will benefit from more efficient centralized parts distribution and more timely warranty work.
EverGreen’s $200,000 investment in the quality driven customer service and parts software is a key factor in the success of the new EverGreen Customer Service and Parts Center.

With the addition of this 25,000 square foot facility on 20 acres, the entire EverGreen Recreational Vehicles, LLC manufacturing and business campus in its Middlebury, Indiana headquarters, has grown to three manufacturing plants, its corporate offices and the new service center, encompassing over 305,000 square feet under roof on over 100 acres.
