Confluence Outdoor today announced the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, International, the latter a new position on the company’s executive team. Brian Sudbrink joins the company as CFO, and Kevin Williams comes on as VP of International, rounding out a team of highly-experienced individuals tasked with driving Confluence’s growth plans as announced with the sale of the company last month.

Brian Sudbrink, as CFO, will lead all aspects of financial strategy. Prior to joining Confluence Brian held CFO positions at Pride Sports, Pure Fishing, Cardinal Health and Goodenow Bancorporation.

In his new post, Kevin Williams will develop and lead all aspects of international business growth and development. Prior to joining Confluence, Williams held various international business leadership and consulting positions in China, South Asia and Latin America and has served as a senior executive for several venture-funded start-ups.
