Crown Jewel is known as one of the most challenging boulder ascents a climber can face. Located in Tahoe, California, the boulder includes an overhung face that looks impossible to climb.

EpicTV recently featured the rock in a video where local climber Kyle O’Meara explains his attachment to the ascent. “Not only is it the lone line up the center of an incredible overhung face, but it’s visually striking and climbs like an absolute dream. To top it all off, the boulder itself sits high atop a valley meaning that as you top out you are greeted with an incredible 360 degree view of the area.”
