Icebug Footwear will be releasing their Spring 2014 line for sale April 15, 2014. Icebug is world renown for their integrated traction, and the Spring ‘14 collection concentrates specifically where traction is needed most – orienteering, adventure, and obstacle course racing.
For Spring ’14, the Icebug collection features the Spirit4 olx, the ultimate trail racing shoe. The Spirit4 is made with a low profile sole to optimize ground control and flexibility for a more natural stride, along with 14 carbide steel studs for optimal traction on the trail. This year’s Spirit4 model has also been updated with a reduced heel cup height for a more comfortable fit on the heel and Achilles tendon.
Another for the trail racing category is the all new Ardor olx, a durable off-trail shoe that provides superior shock absorption and stability, along with 16 carbide steel studs for reliable grip in mud, over downed trees, rocks and slippery situations. The Ardor is also made with hydrophobic materials that do not absorb water and won’t weigh you down when wet.
Icebug will also release the new Enlight RB9X, a lightweight trail runner offering ground control and a flexible midsole for a more natural stride. The RB9X outsole offers superior grip on slick or dry trails, great for a long trail run on the weekend or hitting the pavement for a quick lunch break.
