Verde PR & Consulting, a leading provider of integrated brand communications strategies, announces a partnership with the 2013 Arthritis Foundation California Coast Classic Bike Tour presented by Amgen. As the communications partner for the 13th annual event, Verde is tagged the tasks of building brand awareness through media relations in both endemic and broad market media.
Arthritis is the most common cause of disability for people in the United States affecting more than 50 million people, including 300,000 children. For the past 12 years, the Arthritis Foundation California Coast Classic has raised millions of dollars to support arthritis advocacy, research and to help improve the quality of life of those living with arthritis. This year’s event will host more than 300 cyclists and supporters who will ride 525 miles over eight days down the scenic California coast from San Francisco to Santa Monica.
Verde’s work will focus on a traditional communications strategy to cast a wider net to a broad market demographic. This introduction will also include endemic media relations and digital consultation.
