    Testride Events Announces 2012 Partners

    Industry partners have stepped up with enthusiastic support for another year of TESTRIDE events across the upper Midwest. Returning sponsors include Evinrude E-TEC Motors, Ranger Boats, Dobyns Rods, Rapala, Humminbird Electronics, Minn Kota and Talon. Joining the partner-support of Liddle Marketing Company’s TESTRIDE for 2012 is a unique online retailer, KrugerFarms.com. The online retail outlet is open to the general public, and has grown from the company’s specialty in hunting and fishing-oriented sales incentives.

    TESTRIDE is a grass-roots program that gets folks on the water with the products in their purchase consideration set. Paired with local festivals and events, TESTRIDE is conveniently tied with local dealers and professional anglers, affording the public a close-to-home connection to great boats, motors, electronics and other fishing-related items and services.

    “We have a 99% ‘met or exceeded expectations’ rating from the folks that attend TESTRIDE events,” shared George Liddle, Jr of Liddle Marketing Company. “That’s phenomenal. And it goes to show how much you can learn in just a half-hour or hour of your time with the products in use—by a pro! People walked away very impressed with options and features of all the sponsors.”

    One of last year’s TESTRIDE participants agrees. “After contemplating and researching my boat purchase decision for a couple of years, I took advantage of TESTRIDE to solidify it,” shared Joe Heinen of Richmond, Minnesota. “TESTRIDE confirmed that I was on the right track with my product selection, and the incentive to purchase was a wonderful bonus.” TESTRIDE participants can receive product incentives from Evinrude and Ranger Boats, including a boat cover and a stainless-steel propeller—a $1500 value.

    “Many professional anglers use these products for our livelihood, including me,” added Janet Parker, Vice President of LMC and professional bass angler. “When we walk through and demonstrate our boat and gear, it assits the customer to make an educated choice. Everybody likes that!” Pro-level bass and walleye anglers host a TESTRIDE with each participant, give key product knowledge and share custom-rigging options.
