Packing for a Ski Resort Vacation

Deer Valley Ski Resort in Park City, Utah.

There’s nothing like reaching a destination hundreds (if not thousands) of miles from your home, only to realize you’ve forgotten imperative items. This winter season, make sure you’re well prepared for your ski resort vacation by following our packing list. If you’re planning to rent any of your equipment, call ahead to see if you are able to reserve it, which will eliminate waiting for gear to be returned during the busy season. Try to pack anything extra you think you’ll need such as snacks or extra batteries, because the cost of these items at the resort will be much more expensive. In addition, forgetting something as small as waterproof socks or ski lift tickets can ruin an entire trip, so avoid the unnecessary frustration and plan ahead.
