Chris Sharma won the Bouldering Nationals at 14. At 15 he completed a 5.14c-rated climb, one of the most difficult climbs in America at the time.

Sharma hasn’t really slowed down since then. He’s extended difficult European climbing routes and been the first to climb some of the most difficult ascents in the world.

His advice is probably worth taking.
