When packing your camping gear, always keep a two-gallon ziplock bag in your pack. The bag is large enough to carry supplies, keep items separated, or store your valuables in a waterproof compartment. I’ve often used no more than a two-gallon freezer bag filled with air and wrapped in my jacket for a decent camp pillow.
