Aaron Malone Joins AAS Bike Team as Sales Manager

Aaron Malone

Shred Optics and Slytech Protection are psyched to announce a new addition to the family: our new Bike Sales Manager, Aaron Malone. Malone comes to AAS after six years at Highway Two where he was a Sales Manager responsible for sales, customer service, data analytics and reporting. During Malone’s tenure with Highway Two, he completed his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

AAS CFO/CMO, Federico Merle, spoke with reverence of Malone, “Aaron is an unbelievable addition to a talented team of athletes and employees. We are very fortunate to find such a passionate and knowledgeable person to help us expand our vision from snow to dirt.”

AAS has a reputation for focusing unprecedented product style and technology around a core group of elite athletes in order to develop the revolutionary products that make progression within action sports a reality for the top pros and weekend warriors.

AAS Co-founder, Carlo Salmini, shared about Malone, “We are ecstatic to have such an involved member of the action sports community join the family. We are all in this business because we love what we do. We are consumers ourselves, and sharing our passion for action sports with our fellow employees makes the time we spend together more meaningful. Malone is an amazing professional addition to a stacked team within the company.”

“The team at Shred and Slytech are dedicated to un-limiting athletes’ pursuit of fun and it’s evident in everything they do. As a result, the product is cutting edge in terms of safety, technology and design. As an avid mountain biker, I’m as excited to push my personal limits while wearing the product, as I am to introduce it to the specialty cycling market. We’ve just begun the launch of the 2015 bike line and we’re already seeing consumers experiencing “must have” pursuit of the brands as well as an extremely positive response from potential retail partners,” said Malone.
