In episode four of the EpicTV series Nick Brown: Stone Kingdom (A Homage to Climbing in the UK), talented boulderer Mina Leslie-Wujastyk gives trad climbing a try for the first time. In the intense video, viewers are able to see the fear evident in climbers when taking on a new, challenging routes.

Leslie-Wujastyk climbs “Unfamiliar,” which is a difficult E7, 6c (5.11b) at Stanage in the UK. It’s a route that the higher she climbs, the more dangerous a fall would be. But she keeps pushing further.
