The most recent episode of the EpicTV series Wild Women features wingsuit pilot Ellen Brennan sharing why the sport is worth the risk. Unlike the majority of videos that feature stunts done by wingsuit pilots, Brennan shares the planning that goes into each and every jump—and how patience is key.

“It’s so rewarding to do something you’re not meant to do,” she says in the video. “You’re doing what the birds do… and you’re seeing everything from a different perspective.”
