A recent episode of the EpicTV series Wild Women features fell runner Sarah Ridgway as she takes on a variety of mountain environments in her home of Snowdonia in the United Kingdom. Although the runner was raised in Australia and moved to a number of locations before settling, she said it’s Snowdonia’s beautiful mountains and extreme weather that convinced her to stay.
