Released a week ago by InspiriProductions, this crazy video featuring two sisters from Hungary will make you look differently at the under-appreciated sport of jump roping. Shot throughout the streets of Brazil and showing off some of the city’s most beautiful landmarks, the Banhegyi sisters make it look simple, as well as ridiculously fun.

But copycats be warned, these moves aren’t easily replicated. The sisters, who have spent time on tour with Cirque du Soleil, have dedicated the last 20 years to perfecting their craft. After all, jumping rope while balancing a soccer ball while doing a backflip is not exactly second nature.
