The second episode of the EpicTV series Wild Women features Shauna Coxsey, the best competition climber in Britain. The 21-year-old from Runcorn in the UK is currently ranked second in the world.

In the episode, she shares her philosophy about life, competition, and the sport of rock climbing in general. She approaches climbing in a way that focuses more on enjoyment rather than constantly beating her opponents in competitions. Her trainer said it’s this mindset that allows her to succeed.
