My love for outdoor sports began at an early age with camping, canoeing, kayaking and backpacking, and has only grown in recent years. Being from a town characterized by rivers, surrounding lakes, a variety of locations to rock climb and plenty of room to camp, it was easy to fall in love with the lifestyle. While living in Colorado, I was provided with even more opportunities to engage in outdoor sports, but hiking trips that provided unbelievable views from mountain tops were the most rewarding for me. Through my writing, I will act as a resource for those promoting an active way of life as well as introduce readers to new places to visit, activities to try and product reviews.
